Updating of Timemaster Logs

Followup the following steps in order to update or get the logs from Biometric.

  1. Open Time Master Application
  2. Login using staff credential
  3. Click the encircled button and wait for the process to be completed.

In event that the “Get Logs” icon is grayed out, there is a connection issue between the biometric and computer. You may consider performing the following basic troubleshooting steps.

  1. Check the biometric device for the following
    • There must be a LAN or Box like icon at the upper right corner of the biometric display panel
    • LAN cable installed at the bottom part must be properly seated.
  2. Internet source of the biometric must be the same with the network where the computer is connected.
