Prior sending a report to IT Group, kindly secure the following information which will then be forwarded to IT support for further checking and recommendation.
- When did the intermittent issue started to occur?
- Is your telephone bundled with your internet having a noisy line?
- Perform a speedtest via www.speedtest.net and take a screenshot of the result. To get the average bandwidth repeat this step 3 times divide it by 3.
