Prior sending a report to IT Group, kindly secure the following information which will then be forwarded to IT support for further checking and recommendation.

1. When did the intermittent issue started to occur?
2. Is your telephone bundled with your internet having a noisy line?
3. Perform a speedtest via www.speedtest.net and take a screenshot of the result. To get the average bandwidth repeat this step 3 times divide it by 3.
