In order to extract the correct short (4 digit) employee number, kindly follow the following steps.

1. Identify your normal employee number. Ex: 08-22-8932
2. To get your 4 digit employee number, extract the 2nd digit together with the last 3 digits. Ex: 08-22-8932
3. Example output -> 8932

This short employee number can now be used in biometric registration.
