Anydesk For Computer Remote

Aside from Teamviewer and Ultraviewer, IT Group is now recommending all computer users to have an installed Anydesk that can be used for remote access support.

  1. Download the Anydesk application only from official site of anydesk.
  1. Run the downloaded file to use it once. Otherwise, seek for your Area IT’s assistance if it requires an admin password.
  2. To allow other users to connect and remotely access your device. Kindly provide to them the Address shown in the first or home screen of anydesk.
  3. Please be mindful of accepting connections only to authorized and expected user.

In event that the connecting user seems to be suspicious, immediately close your anydesk/computer and report it to IT Group for further checking/action.
