Issue Reporting

Any of the following TELCO issues must be reported to IT Group for further escalations to our providers.

  1. No Internet Connection
  2. No Dial Tone
  3. Intermittent Connection
  4. Defective Telephone
  5. Defective Modem
  6. Noisy Telephone Line

Resolution to this issues may vary depending on each TELCO provider’s technical support, we know that this is an inconvenience for us but we will be asking for your patience and understanding as we are doing our part for timely action.

In order for us to still have an active connection, branch/offices may use their Broadband Routers with loadable prepaid subscription. Kindly contact your Officers for the approval of the said subscription.
