Followup the following steps in order to update or get the logs from Biometric.
- Open Time Master Application
- Login using staff credential
- Click the encircled button and wait for the process to be completed.


In event that the “Get Logs” icon is grayed out, there is a connection issue between the biometric and computer. You may consider performing the following basic troubleshooting steps.
- Check the biometric device for the following
- There must be a LAN or Box like icon at the upper right corner of the biometric display panel
- LAN cable installed at the bottom part must be properly seated.
- Internet source of the biometric must be the same with the network where the computer is connected.
