The ITG Portal (“Portal”) is a web-based platform exclusively accessible to registered and active employees of CVM Finance and Credit Corporation (“CVM Employees”). By using the Portal, CVM Employees agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

User Registration

  • Access to the exclusive features of the Portal requires user registration.
  • CVM Employees must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Each employee will be provided with unique login credentials, which should be kept confidential and not shared with others.

    a. Ticket Management System: Allows employees to submit, track, and manage IT-related support tickets.
    b. Knowledge-Based Documentation: Provides access to confidential and internal documentation, guidelines, and resources.

Confidentiality of Information

  • CVM Employees accessing the Portal must ensure the utmost confidentiality of all information and documentation made available through the exclusive features.
  • Any misuse or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information outside official business purposes is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, made available through the Portal’s exclusive features, is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • CVM Employees may not copy, distribute, modify, or use the content for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Misuse and Consequences

  • Any CVM Employee found misusing the exclusive features of the ITG Portal, disclosing confidential information without authorization, or violating the intellectual property rights will be subject to disciplinary action as per the company’s employee handbook and policies.

Termination of Access

  • CVM Finance and Credit Corporation reserves the right to terminate an employee’s access to the ITG Portal at any time, with or without cause.
  • Termination may occur due to violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other company policies.

Amendments

  • CVM Finance and Credit Corporation reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • CVM Employees will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the ITG Portal after the amendments constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CVM Finance and Credit Corporation is headquartered.
