To enhance the customer service experience, ITG is currently working on the development of chat support in collaboration with Tidio. At this stage, we are in the process of testing Tidio’s capabilities using their free features.

Certain chatbot supports are already active, and they contribute to the monthly limit of the chat feature. To fully leverage its capabilities, we encourage everyone to utilize it as required.
